Selection of files within shared folder not able to download.

We have shared a folder with a public link but some of the files within the shared folder do not download when selecting download all and cannot be downloaded individually either even though they appear in the list. no warning iOS given when the download fails. This could potentially cause issues when a package of information is issued to stakeholders and they aren't aware the drawings haven't been downloaded.

Based on our investigation, the issue is caused by a trailing space in the name of one of the folders. Removing that character from the folder name makes the affected files downloadable through the public link.

We will fix the bug that allows folders to be created with trailing spaces in the next release. While this will prevent the issue from occurring in the future, it will not automatically resolve existing cases. We are also investigating how to address already affected resources without requiring any action from users.
