      <description>&lt;P&gt;From ,my experience, it's entirely dependent on your local representative to follow up. Some will and some have "NO CLUE".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is best if you contact your local representative or just e-mail your local support directly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You must follow up yourself. IMNOHO -- Graphisoft's Developer support is a confusing mess that needs attention - AND yes -- have lots of patience!!! &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
