      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately it's not included in the documentation of API_BeamType for some reason.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But it's there! you can access it with something like: &lt;FONT face="andale mono,times"&gt;elem.beam.anchorPoint&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And you can check the definition of API_BeamType in the "APIdefs_Elements.h" file of the API SDK. The datatype is short and I think you can also just use the API_AnchorID enum to identify which numbers correspond to which anchor: &lt;A href="https://archicadapi.Graphisoft.com/documentation/api_anchorid" target="_blank"&gt;https://archicadapi.Graphisoft.com/documentation/api_anchorid&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
