Error when execute GDL extension API example

I was compile example on AC19 DevKitGDL.
As result I have a file "GDL IO Example.gdx"
Then I was place it to catalog
Archicad 19\Add-Ons\GDL

And now when AC loading I have error message.

May be I must to place my Developer ID somewhere?

In API development KIT I figured out and everything works.

But I need to get access from the object's GDL to the function of my add-ons.

And this can be done, as I understood from the GDL development KIT.

But there in the example there is no file .GRC nor MDIDs_APICD.n to insert my Developer ID
