It looks like it isn't possible to distinguish SP between other API_ObjectIDs within a project.&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;
Take a look at the documentation for &lt;I&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;S&gt;&lt;I&gt;&lt;I&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/S&gt;ACAPI_LibPart_Search&lt;E&gt;&lt;/E&gt;. You can use the function to search for a library part by global unique ID (best) or name. The results include an index referenced by object elements in the model – use this to search for object elements that are instances of a specific library part.</description>
