Yes.

ArchiShock 3D (by Pavol Elias) does a pretty good job of it. The website is at <S></S>http://www.dunako.com<E></E>. This is a very cool add on for anyone who is interested BTW.

Ben's also been plugging Zermatt that produces similar results. <LINK_TEXT text="http://archicad-talk.graphisoft.com/vie ... highlight=">http://archicad-talk.graphisoft.com/viewtopic.php?t=5699&highlight=</LINK_TEXT>

And Mark Burginger has been very excited about Wirefusion: <LINK_TEXT text="http://archicad-talk.graphisoft.com/vie ... php?t=5648">http://archicad-talk.graphisoft.com/viewtopic.php?t=5648</LINK_TEXT>

Cheers,

I program for a design and marketing company in the UK. I had an idea the other day to create some software, which will convert files (pln?) into a flash document ready for the internet.

i.e. one of my work mates can scroll around his 3d design in Archicad - and i want to create a program which will convert his cgi's into a flash movie, where people visiting a clients website can also scroll around the cgi, zooming in and out etc..

Has this been done already? If so, who by?

Does Archicad give developers enough access to the program to do this?

Cheers from a CAD newbie..

FWIW, there is no 3D in flash. You can pre-render everything (into bitmaps or vectors) and fool the user that he/she is watching a 3D model, but everything is flat.
