Guys,

The correct email address is given on this Developer Center web page:
http://www.graphisoft.com/support/developer/

I've Googled the two addresses you've been using, and cannot find them as active addresses, at least for the developer program. Where did you find these addresses?

Give the one above a try, and post if you have a problem then.

Cheers,
Hi guys,

With the help of Karl, Greg Kmethy and the contact person at Graphisoft it seems we managed to track the source of the problem: for some reason several emails sent to these email address landed in the company's Spam folder.
Similar things actually happened with me last week: users have sent me emails about the Ecodesigner Star beta forum and I didn't get them: upon looking for them found them in the company Spam folder.

So apparently this can happen. GS's spam filter tries to protect the company from the lots of spam they get (just like pretty much everyone else), but as all automatic systems it is not perfect and sometimes perfectly fine emails land in the Spam folder. In such cases we can put these email addresses on a White List so we will get further email from them (If we know about them).

If you don't get answers in the future this is probably the No. 1 reason. In that case, please try writing to me in PM or in the GS Forum Admin email (details on the Etiquette page: http://archicad-talk.graphisoft.com/html/etiquette.htm).
