I had to turn off the User Account Control. Now, it is working without any problem. However, after getting close to giving up, I tried this on my desktop (XP OS), and it worked as easily as it should. I am using VS 2005 in both cases. I do not understand the difference between the machines that would make one so frustrating, and the other as simple as pushing a button.
