The documentation from GS is sufficient. I would make absolutely certain the new developer understood that ArchiCAD is cross-platform, and to code accordingly. It is very easy to adopt an approach (or technology) which is locked into just one platform. For this reason, it is also a good idea to use the user interface components bundled with the API rather than the host OS or other toolkits/frameworks.&lt;BR /&gt;

The developer is presumably familiar with plugin development in a general sense, but make sure they understand that an ArchiCAD plugin does not have all the freedom of an independent application.</description>
