    <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;A month ago I have send my first e-mail to developer-registration a request for a pro-forma invoice for Archicad developer license and one year support. After two weeks of patient waiting for a response and receiving none, I have chosen a different route. A new e-mail went to DeveloperSupport this time - still no response. I have sent a third one about a week ago... still no luck.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What is the best way to get it touch with someone in the Graphisoft to supply me with the Dev/NFR license? I have already my Id, access to SDK etc. I wish this post would attract someone's attention.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In your experience, is the Developer Support worth spending those 500 euro? What is a typical response time for a question regarding Archicad API? I guess the paid support is provided solely by e-mails, right?&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
