Map ifc properties for export

Hi folks,

As I understand, to map ifc properties to export I follow:
File => Interoperability => IFC => IFC Translators => Select a translator for export => Property Mapping => Map IFC Properties for Export

then I can map the properties I want to export.
My question here is: is this doable through the api ? I checked API_IFCTranslatorIdentifier
but I didn't find anything that it could help
