Renewing existing developer licenses and buying a new one

Hi,

We are in the process of renewing our existing developer licenses and would like to purchase an additional one. We’ve sent emails to developer-registration@graphisoft.com but have not received any response.

Could Graphisoft please advise on the steps we need to take to proceed?
