How to get the surfacearea of multiple Surfaces of a Element?

Hehey evryone. I hope my question has not allready been answered.

i want to get the diferent surface areas of a element.

Example: I want to get the blue and the yellow surface area separately

basically the functionality the surface schedule does:

but im not seeing any API functions that are working with surfaces and elements.

i looked in the element quantity structs and im not seeing any connection to surfaces.

am i missing something?
