Can't get object links to zones in modules that hotlinked from the BIMcloud

In one pln file I create links from object to zones.
Then I put this pln as hotlinked module into second pln file.
From second file I can get links properly.
But if module placed in BIMcloud, I can't get links.
Is this error, or I'm do somthing wrong?
err = ACAPI_Element_GetLinks (linkFrom, &linkToList, &nLinks);
As result err == NoError, but nLinks == 0
