If you do not want to apply the complete Standard Profile 14 you could just apply the Standard Command 14 as your Command Layout Scheme

I was watching a video tip from www.actemplate.com on changing window and door ID's and the tip involved changing a lot of element ID's at once, using Document>Schedules and Lists>Element ID Manager. This must be based on an older version because ArchiCAD 14 doesn't have the Document pull-down. I can find the Element ID Manager under Options>Work Environment and I've since added it one of my toolbars, but did the Document pulldown go away?

Scott:

Go to Work Environment and apply the Standard Profile 14, it is there.
