Can you use Expression-based Properties to generate the desired Existing Area and New Area values as well as their differences?

Then you could include all those values in a single Schedule.

Area Calculation Comparison Schedule

I have to create a schedule to compare existing and new zone area calculation but I am facing 2 problems.
1. To add two similar field with different criteria in one scheme. For example, one column is for zone-calculated area( with criteria renovation status is existing) and the next column is for zone-calculated area( with criteria renovation status is new). The only way I can think of now is by creating two individual schedules and arranging it side by side in layout book to make it looks like 1 schedule. Is there any other way that it can be done in 1 schedule?
2. By creating 2 schedules and making it looks like 1 in layout, I cant add new zone to the schedule with "-" to the existing area as it is not an existing area. Is there anyway to solve this?

Thanks!
