    <description>1. I think this is not possible, I suspect this is hard-coded into the localized version you are using.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
2. this might be something that takes the system wide time format setting and uses that. Try to change the settings in your system, restart ArchiCAD and then see if that gives you the desired result.</description>
