REVISION OBJECT: How do you create a master list of changes?

I need to create a complete list of ALL changes to the project and have these on a specific global sheet (automatically, not reselecting the revision object on a sheet and reapplying etc...).
Im only just starting to use the AC revision management vs other systems; I have watched all the vids on v18 and can only see changes per layout sheet
