Adjust what shows up on Right-Click (AC9, Work Environment)

Hey guys, does anyone know how to adjust what shows up on the right mouse click?

So far, I can only figure out that it seems to be related to "Command layout schemes" but I cannot figure out which toolbar/menu is directly responsible for the right click menu....

Pls help me
