    <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;T&gt;I just installed the BIMcloud update 2019.1-23.0.44.711-1.6., everything went smoothly, but when I go to Open BIMcloud Manager, the browser launches at 127.0.0.1:21000 but the page remains white with no login window...&lt;BR /&gt;

What do I do?&lt;/T&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
