Element Transfer Settings Profile for attributes only

This feels like a noob question, but struggling to find a solution.
Wanting to set up an Element Transfer Settings Profile that only adjusts the pens & lines of an element.
Basically, those attributes which are editable when going into the Floor Plan and Section dialogue of an elements settings.

I have created a new Element Transfer Settings Profile, unticked all available items.
When I use this profile, it is still applying other changes, such as the defined complex profile etc.

You can turn everything off, but there is a group of settings called 'Other Settings' that can't be turned off for most element.
I don't know what is included in 'Other Settings' but it is probably more than just the pens and lines.

So I don't think there is much you can do in this case.
