    <description>You either adjust the HUE, SAT &amp;amp; LUM &lt;B&gt;&lt;FONT color="#ff0009"&gt;OR&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/B&gt; the RED, GREEN &amp;amp; BLUE.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
One set will adjust the other so you may not be able to get exactly the same values in both that you see in Gimp.&lt;BR /&gt;
You will have to choose which looks best.&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;T&gt;I try to make some new colors in Options/Element Attributes/Pens &amp;amp; Colors.&lt;BR /&gt;
I want the same colors as I have on a picture. So I open the picture in Gimp, find the values of hue, saturation, value and RGB. Every value is given in decimal values. I try to put the same values into the panel I have described.&lt;BR /&gt;
But, as I'm about to enter the values, the other values I've already entered are changed. What can I do to obtain what I want ?&lt;/T&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
