Hi,

Try doing that from "Floor Plan and Section" -> "Structure" -> "Cut Fill" in the settings of your wall (see the attached image).

Hope that helps,
I'm not sure I fully understood what you meant by that. If you are referring to changing the thickness of each skin, then try duplicating the composite structure and see if the new one can be edited.

That is strange... It's true that when I close both tabs ("Edit Skin and Line Structure" and "Edit Selected Items"), it shows like in your image ("Edit Selected Items" is greyed and cannot be modified). But when I click on "Edit Skin and Line Structure", it becomes active and it behaves normal. Also make sure you have one skin or line selected (although this happens by default).

Hope that helps,
I don't think so (or at least nothing in the work environment that could be related to this issue comes into my mind). One last thing ... try opening a new (blank) project, using the default template and see if the problem persists.
Maybe someone else here has any other ideas?
these lines will show up everytime when:
your two elements have different layer Intersection Group Number
your two elements have different fill type

you dont have to put plaster on culumns...just put it on walls and connect them...they will wrapped plaster around culumn ! check pic

Wrapping Method: Not available for Profile (Complex) Columns.

When placing a Column that will intersect a Composite wall, your choice of Geometry method - wrapped or unwrapped - will affect the display of the wall/column in the Floor Plan.
Use the wrapped/unwrapped (or “freestanding”) icons from the Column Info Box or the Column Settings dialog box to determine how the columns will be interact with composite walls.
Wrapped Columns can only break through the core skins of composite Walls. The other wall skins wrap around the column, retaining their thickness.
if all skins off your wall are assigned as core then nothing will be wrapped around.
