topic Area Analysis using Zones - Australia in Project data & BIM

Hi,

I'm having difficulty trying to figure out how to perform a standard Area Analysis of a site that is a standard requirement when planning submissions in Australia.

It usually is a breakdown of the areas of the house, their total, the site area, the site coverage area (site minus total house footprint), permeable area and paving etc as seen below in the attached via an excel document

I would like to be able to accomplish this using zones and schedules in Archicad so I can have it set up with each project I work on.

The issue I'm having is I want some zones to show up in the schedule but to have different calculations against each other and this is providing to be quite difficult. The scenario is I work predominantly on town homes so I can have between 10-15 lots in one project, so setting time aside for these schedules manually doesn't seem very efficient.

Below is how much schedules are currently set up and I have played around with both the property manager and expressions to which I have found quite difficult. This is a common requirement in Australian planning so I'm sure others have has a similar issue or can point me in the right direction for this?

I'm not sure if this can be done or will require GDL scripting for something specific but open to all suggestions.

Thanks - Marc
