Please help.

?

Open 7. Save as Archive.

Open the Archive in 8, and ignore the error messages while loading the library. Save the project library, don't use the PLA for the library. Go to Special menu, update all the library parts. Save as PLA. Now you can use the PLA as the library.

If you need to continue a 7 project in 8, it is a good idea to create a template file in 7, with the standard and the office library loaded, as an archive, and repeat the procedure above. Then use that template as the library.
