For example "Drag" when hit ctrl d I find myself having to hit the d button 3 to 4 times before it picks the command up. I first thought it might be a hardware issue but it is also happening with other coworker’s computers. You might be in an unfinished command and the hotkey first cancels the current command and then activates.
