Favorites Can't Open

These favorites were created on 25 and just tried to open on 25. Not sure what to do. Any help? Thank you so much!

Haven't run into this before, seems pretty basic, and the pop up doesn't provide much information or error codes to work with.

I have had trouble with PRF files from different versions, have not noticed it within the same version though.

I am not sure if XML files are any better.

However, if you have access to the PLN, you can open that - even different versions.

You will just have to pick and choose from the list if you do not want all of the favourites.
