Maintaining preferences

When I was installing AC 15 I checked the box to use previous preferences. When I opened AC 15 with the AC 15 template for the first time none of those preferences (i.e. my office standards) were available. I tried to open my office standard AC 14 template in AC 15 and it opened it as a AC 14 document with AC 14 libraries not AC 15.

Is there a way to use AC 15 and all its new libraries and still use my office standard from previous versions? I don't recall this being a problem on earlier versions.

If I remember correctly, this tells you that the installer has found older Work Environments and asks if they should be imported into the new version.

If you are referring to a Template file (that contains Layers, Layer Combinations, Materials, Pen Sets, etc), then you should open the template, change the Library(s) and save, ArchiCAD will warn you that you are saving an older file (14) into the newer file format (15).
