Property resetting to default value

When this was reported to me, I assumed it was user error. The team is using a property as a schedule criteria, to separate wood from metal framed doors. It's a large project with 2 teams of 5-6 people working in the same model; so it's possible/probable that someone is resetting the doors using the property, or eye dropping and injecting, or doing something that is triggering the property value reset.
however, in speaking with the teams, they have all stated that they have noticed properties resetting across the board, not just for these 2 doors. So, from what I can tell, there is either an unintentional saboteur, or a bug in the software.

I have instructed the team to lock any information critical elements (either by element or by layer); but wanted to ask the community if anyone else has noticed a bug resulting in properties resetting to their default value?

anyone at graphisoft getting these vibes? will be issuing a ticket, but just wondering if I'm the only one in the void finding weirdness happening...

So, just to clarify:

1. Users change the default value of the Property to "Custom" and enter their value. For example, Fire Rating default value is "60 min", some change it to "custom" and enters "90 min" for the Property in the Settings Dialog or Info Box.

2. At a later point in time, you find that the value of the Property has in some way reverted to the default (linked chain icon) option and its default value ("60 min" in my example).

Do I understand that correctly?

I am just guessing really, but is there any chance someone was doing something with the Property definitions in the Property Manager? Changing values, adding a value to an Option Set, changing Availability settings?
