Your thinking is correct. The schedule will draw the preview centred in the cell, not the annotation. So your border must also be centred.

I'm not sure why you're doing this though, as the schedule itself provides the border to the cells...just as your image above shows.

I want to draw a full boundary in In Annotate of the schedule.

If the scale is 1/100 and the width is 30 and the height is 50, where should I draw as a standard?

The intent is to put a label inside it.
At first, I drew it at 3000x5000, but I thought it was successful, but when I came back in, the square was in another cell.
I would appreciate it if you could let me know the standard and size.

Have you tried going inside by pressing the Annotate button?
There are no externally visible boundaries.
What I want is to ask how exactly to draw the boundary position visible from the outside to make it the same.
This is because you can create labels and place them in the correct location.

What I want is a rule to draw the boundary inside the annotate.
How much should be given down from the origin (e.g. 1/100)
That's because you know how high you can go up.

There is no boundary.

You can stretch the cell to what ever size you want.

I see what you're trying to do: you don't want to stretch your cell to fit the annotation, rather annotate within the cell size.

As stated, your thinking is correct: take the size of the cell and multiply by the scale. Make sure the boundary you draw in the annotation window is centred around the content, and it should be right.
