Linking Walls with Zones

Is it possible to link an area created by the zone tool to walls? That way, the area would update whenever you change the size of your building. Thanks for your help.

So long as you zone is not set as a 'manual' zone, then all you need to do is go to DESIGN menu > Update Zones.
It is not automatic as you move the walls or zone boundary lines unfortunately.
