Preset the Zone Categories but Zone Tool remain the same

I have added new to the Zone Categories. When I use the Zone Tone, the preset did not change automatic but remain as default. Is there a way to preset it and automatic change when I select the preset?

I think you need to rephrase or clarify the question - it's not very clear what you're asking...

If your question is 'is there a link between a Zone category preset and a Zone targeting the same category' the answer is the only link is the code, name and color of the Zone category. If you change any of the 3 (code, name and color) they will change automatically.
The developers have chosen not to link any other setting, hence all the other settings you try preparing your Zone category are only for testing purposes nothing else.

If I set the name for the flooring, as shown in the attachment(Circled in red). This would not be set in the Zone Tool when I select it.

No, only the Zone category NAME, Zone category CODE, and Zone category COLOR are modified in all elements. Any other setting is local.

The only way to modify with one change only all the names of a collection of identical Zones is to use the 'Zone Category Name' as the Name of the local Zone. (attached image) If you use this setting in all local Zones and if they target the same Zone Category, you will get the result you are targeting
