Do all the walls (reference lines) trim properly to form a closed boundary or are there gaps?
Are you getting a message to say that the boundary can not be found or any other kind of error message?
Does it work if you use the manual boundary and magic wand to flood the room area?

<T>Am having a problem placing zones. Can do it with manual boundary but when I try with boundary settings, nothing happens. Walls are set to boundaries. Odd.</T>

Walls are trimmed properly, no gaps. Of course there are doors and windows but those appear to be OK. No messages. Manual boundary works fine. Haven't tried w. magic wand but will.

When I click into an area, simply nothing happens. Always seemed to work fine, can't figure out how I'm doing anything different.

Thanks.

Is there a trace and reference on in the background?
Could that be affecting it?
