I use 'presentation' PLN for this reason, where I just populate that with presentation stuff and hotlink the technical model in to it.

Keeps my technical drawings clean.

Though I suspect you want a repitition of the same elements to behave, which I can't really see a solution for other than copy pasting from a hotlink every time you need to do the presentation and using 2 different layers.

<T>I'm working on a project made of different modules.
In each module I used the billboard plants provided with the standard library of archicad.
My problem is that I'm not able to rebuild the objects in the different perspective views when I work on the file where I hotlinked all the modules.
So I have all the billboards facing different point of views (those ones set in the hotlinked files).</T>

The problem would be that a hotlink module can only be updated from its source file.

I don't think there will be much you can do about it except not to have those objects in your module - place them only in your main file.
Or if you need them in the individual modules file too then have them on a layer that turns off when placed in the main file and place separate objects in the main file as well.
Thanks for your suggestion guys.
At the end I added objects for visualization/presentation purpose directly in the main file putting them on another layer.
