Creating Subfolder on BIM Server

I often have a tough time creating subfolders within a folder in the BIM Server. I don't know why it is so difficult.
How do you do it?

I don't know what this was in AC18, but currently, according to this page:

Folder structure is limited to a single level in BIMcloud Basic.

I was able to do it in the past, I just dont know how I did it. Please see attached image. There must be a setting somewhere.

You can't do it with BIM Cloud basic, maybe u did it in a trial period of the full version
