Hi Laszlo,

Yeah i saw that wish and already voted for it,

So I can assume there is no way to break the main hotlink without breaking the nested hotlinks then?

<T>Hi,

Since ArchiCAD doesnt have a edit hotlink in place option yet (PLEASE GRAPHISOFT DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS) i recently found this method of breaking the hotlink, changing what i wanted and overwriting it with the same name. I was happy till i realised if my hotlink had nested modules in it they would also be broken/embedded.

I did a quick search in the forum but couldnt find an answer.

Is there any way to break a hotlink but keeping the nested modules?

Thanks in advance.

Luis</T>

At this point, no, it is not possible to preserve the nested hotlinks when the main hotlink is broken.
