If it's stories select the grid items, open up the settings dialog, and in the floor plan tab there setting for "Show on Story". Glad to hear you found it. Fortunately I've found that once the basics of the interface is understood most settings are easy to find. There are a few which are painful to have to remember where they are at but thankfully there aren't too many.
