      <description>You pick a layer you want isolated, and all other layers are turned off except for that layer. It would be for working or moving a specific group of things so you don't have to mess around with all the other layers.</description>

      <description>The QuickLayers palette has a button that does this.  Select an object, then click the button for "hide all other layers".&lt;BR /&gt;
