I've checked layer set up, line type and line color. Did I missed anything?<BR /> <BR /> If I re-build the sourtce file, the dimensions in the detail drawing dissapear, unless I place them as static dimensions. Is this the right way to do it.<BR /> <BR /> Conrado</BLOCKQUOTE> You are on the right track....Check the display options...there is a setting to show the detail boundary...but don't get to happy about it...detail boundaries still don't print...you'll have to fake it with some linework...<BR /> <BR /> The detail tool will convert whatever is inside your boundary to 2d lines, so if you make changes, you will need to rebuild from source.
