MSA DETAILER & OTHER GOODIES STUFF IN AC7

I am exploring what's provided in my AC7.0...

Is the MSA Detailer a separate plug-in or software that I would have to buy or is it already in the ac7.0?

Other than the well organised layers set-up in the NCS-Archicad 70_tpl.PLAN, what is there? And what is the Archicad 7.0/Goodies/NCS for Archicad/Startup Files NCS for?

Please Help!!

ok, i found the MSA detailer in the library 7.0 but i am having problem to get the msa libary parts on the drawing sheet as shown in archiguide online. here are the screen shots showing my process.

i would appreciate your help in getting the msa parts onto the template.
