Survey point is moving when angle is changed

How come the surveypoint moves whenever the angle is changed? (I do believe it only happens when the survey point is moved from 0,0)

I'm sure there is a reason, but what is the reason?

the Northing and Easting is altered when you alter the Project North.

I've had better luck leaving the survey point at the file origin, adjusting project note and then moving the survey point to where you want it.

I agree. But in this case its a matter of finetuning the rotation.

It isn't a big deal, I'm curiouse to learn the logic that works in the background... Why does SP move when rotation is altered?
