What is your schedule set to measure?

Maybe you are not physically measuring the exact same thing?

Is the beam slightly inclined?

Are the ends of the beams angled?

Is the schedule measuring the beam length or the beam segment length?

If you can show an image of the beam in plan, what you are measuring and the schedule settings, that may help us figure it out.
