BIMx model transfer down?

I have uploaded a BIMx model from Archicad. The upload was OK, so I got a link to the model by e-mail. When I click on the link that I would like to send to my client, the BIMx model transfer page doesn't work. I see just a header above the blank page with a spinning wheel. The content of the page never loads.
(I am using safari and chrome on both macOS and ipadOS with no success. The same issue happens when I go directly to bimx.graphisoft.com and log in my BIMx account – nothing shows up there.)

Unfortunately over the weekend that transfer site has been down.
I believe they are working on it.

It does seem to not be working at the moment.

After you have logged in with your Graphisoft ID, go to the bottom of the page and you should see a 'Contact Us' link.
Send them a message and say what is happening (or not happening in this case).

Thank you, it seems it was just temporarily down and now it works again. 😉
