topic Measuring Imperial Distances in BIMx Pro in BIMx

I'm working on a project and would like to offer a BIMx model to the Project Manager, Contractor, sub-Contractors, etc. So I published a set which contains the 3D Model and the 2D Architectural drawing set, to see if this would be a good thing to offer for use on iPads. The one thing I really like is being able to measure distances in BIMx, but they default to Metric, which won't be good for our contractors and staff here in the USA. Is there a way to get the readout in Feet and Inches? Thanks in advance if someone knows.

- Ed.

It seems to be an actual phone/app setting.
On an iPhone/iPad you can go into the 'Settings' and scroll down to where all the apps are listed.
You can change the measurement units there.

Strange you can't do it in the app itself.
Thanks Barry! Maybe in a future release of BIMx or ArchiCAD it can be pre-set in the Publish dialogue box so that other BIMx USA users don’t have this question as well. Thanks again!
