Was this BIMx installer a part of an overall ARCHICAD installation (what version?) or was it stand-alone?&lt;BR /&gt;

Have you tried downloading afresh?</description>

Thanks for the reply... I have tried downloading and installing again several times with no luck. &lt;BR /&gt;
I downloaded from this link on the Graphisoft web site...&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;

I have seen this error message before, but every time the solution was something different... &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":confused_face:"&gt;😕&lt;/span&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
These are the things definitely worth trying:
&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Make sure nothing else is running while you install. Other processes running in the background (especially anti-virus softwares) can interrupt the installation.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;S&gt;&lt;/S&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Check out the suggestions in &lt;A href="https://archicad-talk.graphisoft.com/viewtopic.php?t=57555" target="_blank"&gt;this other Topic&lt;/A&gt; about a similar issue.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;S&gt;&lt;/S&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;There's also a &lt;A href="https://helpcenter.graphisoft.com/?p=74761" target="_blank"&gt;Help Center Article&lt;/A&gt; explaining one of the possible causes.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;

Let me know if any of the suggestions worked.&lt;BR /&gt;
