I'm having a similiar problem, where the VBE presentation file does not open on most pc's I've tried.
- The problem is not consistent as it opens on all the computers I've tried in our office.
- It has so far not worked on any of my clients pc's.
- I'm using Windows 7 64-bit, Archicad 14 to generate them.

Any suggestions

Hi Haneef
I found at least one solution to solve the problem: to open presentation files on clients computer you can install archicad (better latest) - demo version would be enough. When AC installs it also install those missing components.
Best regards

check out this ArchiCAD wiki
I am pretty sure, after installing this windows-software it will run smoothly:
