archicad 28 with BIMx

Hello everyone,
I've recently started using Archicad 28. When I try to view the project through BIMx, it works fine the first time after installing BIMx. However, from the second time onward, it won't open again. None of the .bimx files can be opened anymore.
Please let me know how to fix this issue. Thank you!

Hi @LE39,

You will need to sign in with a Graphisoft ID if you would like to view more than one custom model. When you click on a model you'd like to open, BIMx will prompt you to sign in. (The built-in demo model and the featured models from BIMx Model Transfer are available without signing in. Feel free to check our BIMx Licensing article for more details.)

Thank you for the admin’s response. However, when I used version 27, everything worked normally. The issue only appeared after switching to version 28 — and it happens on all computers in my company. When using BIMx on an iPad, the same file opens without any problems. The error only occurs when opening the file on a computer.
