BIMx model view will not open/load in AC 28, but will when exported from AC27

BIMX models will not open when published from 28. HOWEVER, when saved to version 27, the model loads just fine.

Model successfully uploads.

Layouts with plans and elevations can be viewed. Linked markers work to show in 2d. But if told to open in 3d, it stays in a loop of "Opening..." no change after 30 minutes)

BIMx file is 86 MB. Model is complex(maybe a little sloppy?).

I have a number of Design options hidden,

One thing of note is the missing add-on, Library Part Maker in my Archicad. Would that affect the export?

Suggestions?

BIMx models that were exported with Archicad 28 need to be opened in the new BIMx viewer.

You can download the latest viewer from the macOS App Store.

Moreover, it's possible that you have multiple BIMx viewers installed. Therefore, it's important to check which viewer opens the model:

To avoid confusion, you can uninstall the old BIMx viewer.
