Hi All,

When uploading projects to BimCloud and viewing on the BimX iphone and ipad app, we have been getting random sheets and views showing up grayed out with the error message: "This document is missing." Each time the project is uploaded different sheets are missing, but if I open the BimX file on my desktop the sheets are there with no issues. Smaller projects seem to upload fine, but I haven't done enough testing to determine what size file is problematic.

I've been noticing this issue for the last 4 weeks or so and is happening with multiple different projects and computers.

ETA - this AC file is 200MB and the BimX file is roughly the same

We're on Mac M1 Max Sequoia 15.7.5

AC 29.1.0 (4002)

Operating system used: Mac Apple Silicon Sequoia 15.7.5

Slight bit of further information - This appears to be an issue with the iphone/ipad app. Views/sheets that appear missing in the app are correct and viewable in the browser version.

This is a critical part of our client and project delivery, it would be great if someone from Graphisoft could dig into this for us. @Laszlo Nagy
