No Mouse Control

I haven't used BIMx for some time (TwinMotion instead), but trying to now with the desktop app and a project still in AC23. I have no mouse control at all--either with my Kensington wired trackball or my wireless mouse. All keyboard commands work fine. What am I missing?

Also had not used it in a while and just tok it for a spin with a model from AC24 on macOS 10.14.6

Have exactly the same problem that mouse input does not seem to work for me either.

Strangely though I am unsure if mouse control ever worked in the Desktop version...?

Yes, mouse control is clearly a feature as the illustration shows, and I have used BIMx successfully in the past--maybe 3 AC versions ago.

Thank you for reporting the issue!

I'm wondering whether your mouse work with the Menu Commands (the black section in the screenshot)? If you press Esc to close this Menu, does mouse navigation work with the model?
